FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Short answers about how studying here works.
How do I start?
Create an account, then book a placement test from your account. After the test you receive your official level and can see the groups open for it.
Do I have to take a placement test?
You need an official level before you can choose a group. New students normally get it through the placement test; administration can also assign a level directly.
How is the placement test done?
It is a live appointment with a placement tester, inside the site. You book one of the available times from your account, and the tester assigns your level afterwards.
Which groups can I join?
Groups published for your official level that are open for enrolment and still have a free seat. Each group shows its schedule, dates, seats, instructors and price before you enrol.
How do I pay?
When you enrol you pay in full or, where the group offers it, in instalments. Each payment is a bill with a due date. Payments are recorded by the school's administration, and the payment instructions are shown in your account. The platform does not take card payments.
What happens if a payment is late?
When a required bill is due and unpaid, joining live sessions pauses until it is paid. You can still sign in and see your course, your tasks and your payment details.
Where do the live sessions take place?
In the live classroom inside the site, in your browser, with camera, microphone, screen sharing and a classroom chat. You need a device with a camera and microphone and a stable internet connection.
Are sessions recorded?
No. The platform does not record live sessions, and the classroom chat is temporary: it is not saved after the session.
How is my progress measured?
By the academic roadmap of your level. The percentage rises when roadmap items are completed, not with elapsed time or the number of sessions held.
Is attendance recorded?
Yes. For each session the instructor records who was present, late, absent or excused, and you can see your own attendance history in your account.
How do I move to the next level?
When the roadmap is complete and the final assessment is done, administration confirms the level. You then become eligible for groups of the next level and choose one yourself; you are not moved automatically.
Can I contact my instructors outside the sessions?
Yes. Once you are enrolled you can message your instructors from the Messages area, and your group has its own group chat.
